CONCEPT OF FAST TRACT SURGERY AND MODERN LAPAROSCOPIC TECHNOLOGIES IN THE TREATMENT OF ACHALASIA OF CARDIA

The paper summarizes the data on the results of surgical intervention in 37 patients suffering from achalasia of the cardia. Treatment was performed using advanced laparoscopic techniques in combination with the Fast tract surgery (FTS) concept, which implies optimization of the surgical process. The severity of clinical manifestations was assessed using the Eckardt scale, esophagogastroscopy and polyposition fluoroscopy. The obtained data on early and long-term results of treatment indicate the reduction in the number of complications and absence of disease recurrence.
