Modeling and Algorithmic Support for Solving Synthesis Problems of Circuits and Proactive Viability Management Technologies for Complex Objects
A conceptual and formalized approach to describing the problem of synthesis of the control loops (CL) within Integrated Information and Control Systems (IICS) is presented. These systems are, in turn, embedded in a vertically integrated structure of Business Entities (BE). The IICS using the proposed approach will have the capability to maintain the BEs in a viable state (VS). The term VS is the property of the BE related to the guaranteed maintenance of a set of key production, and business indicators within the required ranges throughout the life cycle, while being subject to the influence of destructive factors of the disturbing environment. The main distinction of the proposed approach is the deliberation of multistructural macrodynamics for both IICS and BE as a whole. To achieve this, methodological principles of proactive management of the complex objects (CO) have been utilized. These principles are based on the concepts of polymodel description, anticipatory diversity, intellectualization of management, and aim at implementing the so-called principle of ensuring the necessary managerial solution diversity to address the challenges of managing complexity. The authors of the article demonstrate how the use of the MAS provides a scientifically grounded solution to the tasks of systematic and flexible redistribution of managerial functions among administrative-functional groups in relation to specific structures of the BE. In addition, the practical example of synthesizing the structure of a multi-level IICS is presented, which implements this approach.
