Purpose : To investigate the effect of cognitive-motor dual task on the physical and mental flexibility of patients with vascular neurocognitive disorder. Method : A total of 18 sessions of cognitive-motor dual-task training were conducted for 6 weeks, 3 times a week, for 15 patients with vascular neurocognitive disorder due to stroke. Line connection test A&B, Stroop word & color test, and K-MBI test were conducted. Changes at the beginning, 3rd week, and 6th week were examined using repeated measures analysis of variance. Results : Tracking Test A&B, Stroop Word & Color Test, and K-MBI tests all showed statistically significant differences between before, during, and after the intervention (p<0.5). Conclusion : This study found that cognitive-motor dual task training can have a positive effect on improving mental flexibility and performing activities of daily living in patients with vascular neurocognitive disorder.
