UTICAJ KVALITETA REZANJA I PROSIJAVANJA SJEČKE NA DELIGNIFIKACIJU I KVALITET NEBJELJENE ČETINARSKE CELULOZE

Wood is the most widely used raw material in the pulp and paper industry. It has a special character and therefore creates industry, mainly in the last 30 years, has brought a demand for a new understanding of the quality of wood chips for the production of sulphate pulp. Delignification of wood chips always represents a reaction in a heterogeneous system and its course is determined not only by the speed of the reaction itself, but above all by the speed of contact of cooking chemicals with the fibers. The line for cutting and screening wood chips is one of the first stages of innovation, improvement and investment, which ensures the efficiency of the overall production process. In order to achieve the goals in the production of pulp Natron-Hayat, a new knife system and a screen for screening wood chips were installed last year. Significant results have been achieved in increasing the production and quality of wood chips. Other significant results include: reduced downtime due to knife replacement and chip overflow on the screens, lower maintenance and energy consumption costs and improved overall process stability.
