TECHNOLOGY FOR ASSESSING THE FEASIBILITY FACTORS OF CURRENT AND PROSPECTIVE INNOVATIVE PROJECTS OF ROCKET AND SPACE INDUSTRY ENTERPRISES ACCORDING TO THE CRITERIA OF NECESSITY AND SUFFICIENCY

This article is devoted to the development of technology for assessing the feasibility of innovative projects of rocket and space industry enterprises according to the criteria of necessity and sufficiency. The relevance is due to the growing requirements for the effectiveness of project activities in conditions of limited resources and risks. A model is proposed that takes into account logistical, technological, personnel, financial and time risk factors using neural network modeling. The methodology has been tested on the example of Rocket and Space Corporation Energia projects and can be used to justify decisions on the selection and maintenance of projects within the framework of the State Budget.
