FACTORS FOR ASSESSING THE FEASIBILITY OF CURRENT AND PROSPECTIVE INNOVATIVE PROJECTS OF AEROSPACE ENTERPRISES

The factors influencing the feasibility of current and prospective innovative projects in the aerospace industry are considered. A comprehensive analysis of technological, personnel, regulatory, political, financial and economic factors has been carried out. The necessity of taking into account the life cycle of the project when making managerial decisions is substantiated. Approaches to assessing feasibility are proposed, taking into account the specifics of the industry.
