THE ROLE OF INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES IN THE LIFE OF LOW-MOBILITY POPULATION GROUPS

In the context of digital transformation and global changes, artificial intelligence (AI) is becoming a key tool in the lives of people with disabilities. New technologies contribute to optimizing resource management, reducing costs, and improving living standards. However, despite the significant potential, the digitalization process faces a number of barriers, including the high cost of technology, a shortage of specialists and insufficient infrastructure. The purpose of the article is a comprehensive study of the role of innovative technologies in the life of low-mobility groups of the population, as well as identifying promising areas of development in this area. The paper examines both applied solutions and emerging technologies that can radically change the approach to providing an accessible environment in the near future. Key aspects of the study: 1. The impact of technology on the daily lives of low-mobility groups of the population. 2. Promising developments in the field of rehabilitation. 3. Problems of innovation implementation and ways to solve them. 4. The role of the state and the private sector in the development of inclusive technologies. The study uses data from the Federal Law “On Social Protection of Persons with Disabilities”, the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, and the state program “Accessible Environment”. Methods of statistical and comparative analysis, scenario forecasting and econometric modeling are used. The integration of AI into the life of MGN is a strategically important area of development. The introduction of artificial intelligence will allow not only to increase the level of active life of people with limited mobility, but also to take a fresh look at the problems in this area. Further digitalization growth for MGN is possible with active government support, investments in technological solutions, the development of public-private partnerships, improved accessibility of technologies in the regions, and educational programs for developers and users.
