METHODS OF ASSESSMENT AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF THE POPULATION OF THE COUNTRY (HISTORY, OPTIMIZATION MODEL, ETHICAL AND AESTHETIC ASPECTS)

On the basis of historical analysis, the model of optimization of quality of life parameters of the country’s population is proposed. The optimality criteria correspond to the three basic components of human activity: regulated, creative, spiritual and ethical. Based on the model of optimizing the quality of life, the concept of optimocracy — an ideal social system based on the widespread use of automated technologies, including artificial intelligence — is formulated.
