PRIORITY DIRECTIONS OF STATE REGULATION OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE AGRO-FOOD COMPLEX

The article reveals the functions of public administration of the agro-food complex, public administration is considered as a set of organizational and legal influences on the objects of management, the content of which is determined on the basis of objective laws of development of economic systems based on the goals of development and the specifics of their organization and functioning. It is noted that the implementation of specific functions involves the systematic and constant implementation of specific actions that ensure the solution of individual functional problems, which objectively determines the institutionalization of the processes of interaction between subjects and objects of management and the emergence of a set of institutions regulating the activities of structural elements of economic systems at various levels. The priority areas of state regulation of the development of the agro-food complex are substantiated, which will determine the vectors of development of the institutional mechanism of the agro-food complex, improving the quality of its institutional s pace.
