NANOTECHNOLOGY AND ITS APPLICATION IN HIGH-TECH INDUSTRIES
The article presents a comprehensive analysis of the role of nanotechnology in the transformation of high-tech industries. The historical development of nanotechnology from Richard Feynman’s conceptual ideas to modern applied achievements is considered. Special attention is paid to the fundamental principles of nanomanipulations, including quantum effects and self-assembly of nanostructures. The data on the use of nanomaterials in electronics, medicine, energy and the food industry are systematized. The ecological, ethical and social aspects of the introduction of nanotechnology are analyzed. The purpose of the research is to identify and evaluate promising areas for the integration of nanotechnology solutions into high-tech industries to improve the efficiency of existing products and create innovative developments. The conclusion is made about the key role of nanotechnology as a catalyst for multidisciplinary innovation, contributing to the solution of urgent technological problems, subject to compliance with ethical standards and environmental requirements.
