NUDT15 polymorphism-induced severe neutropenia in a young male with precursor T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia

The management of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) involves intensive chemotherapy which can lead to significant myelosuppression. Here we present a case of ALL who experienced severe neutropenia during maintenance therapy due to a NUDT15 polymorphism.
