INSTALLATION FOR PREPARATION AND PIPELINE TRANSPORTATION OF BUILDING MORTAR WITH DRIVE OF WORKING BODIES FROM A SINGLE ELECTRIC MOTOR

When building small objects, the use of bulky plastering stations is impractical and unreasonably expensive. Small mortar mixing plants are more often used, where solutions of various compositions and purposes can be prepared directly on site from dry ingredients and water and delivered to the construction site via pipelines. A layout diagram of a mortar mixing plant is presented with an indication of the nodes and a description of the work processes. The proposed plant includes two main elements: a mixer for preparing solutions from pre-dosed dry components and water and a mortar pump for pipeline transportation of the finished solution to the place of construction and finishing works. In order to reduce the overall dimensions and prepare the solution more qualitatively and quickly, a design of a single-shaft forced-action paddle mixer is proposed, which would combine high efficiency and simplicity of design. Also, taking into account that the installation is intended for use in the construction of small objects that do not require the supply of mortar to a great height or length and in large quantities, a single-piston mortar pump of single action with a piston drive from a crank mechanism was designed to supply the mortar through pipelines to the place of work. A feature of this development is the universal drive of the working body from one electric motor and a reduction in overall dimensions, which would allow the installation to be quickly moved on large construction sites. The proposed installation provides high-quality preparation of mortar mixtures of different mobility, which is confirmed by the conducted study, which established the dependence of the consumed power on the angular speed of rotation of the blade shaft. Rapid preparation of the mortar requires an increase in engine power. The given dependencies for calculating the consumed power of the blade mixer and mortar pump allow you to calculate these parameters when designing such equipment. Calculations and tests prove the operability of the proposed installation. General technical specifications are presented.
