Integrasi Spiritualitas Kristen Dan Kesehatan Emosional dalam Menghadapi Quarter Life Crisis
Many young people aged 20-30 years old face immense pressure in making the transition to adulthood, amidst a modern culture that demands instant achievement and material success. These pressures often result in anxiety, identity confusion and emotional instability, collectively known as Quarter Life Crisis (QLC). The lack of a strong spiritual foundation causes many individuals to experience a void of meaning in life and difficulty dealing with emotional challenges. QLC is a common psychological phenomenon and needs to be addressed holistically, not only from the mental aspect, but also spiritual. This study aims to examine the role of Christian spirituality in shaping emotional resilience in response to QLC. Using a reflective qualitative approach, this study explores the values of faith, hope, and love in Christian spirituality. The analysis showed that spiritual practices such as prayer, sabbath, self-reflection, and involvement in Christian communities can stabilise emotions as well as strengthen identity in Christ. The exposition of Psalm 139:23-24 emphasises the importance of inner reflection and God's inclusion in the recovery process. The integration of spiritual maturity and emotional health is key to facing QLC in a whole and transformative way.
