Reliability Analysis of Pump Equipment Based on Unbiased Grey Combination Model and Weibull Proportional Hazards Model

In industrial production, the stable operation of equipment is crucial for ensuring efficient manufacturing processes. Traditional reliability assessment methods primarily focus on analyzing lifespan data, leading to significant deficiencies in dynamic reliability prediction and real-time analysis. To address these issues, this paper proposes a reliability analysis method that integrates the Weibull proportional hazards model (WPHM) with the unbiased grey combination model. This approach combines equipment status parameters with lifespan data by using the WPHM and employs the unbiased grey combination model for rapid and accurate prediction of equipment status values. The combination of the two models compensates for the reliance of the WPHM on historical data, enhancing its adaptability to changes in equipment status. Validation using pump equipment data from a petrochemical plant demonstrates that this method can accurately predict equipment reliability and provide real-time updated reliability analysis, offering promising prospects for engineering applications.
