Study on the Scientific Siting of Wind and Light for the Integrated Project “Source, Network, Load and Storage”
In order to achieve the strategic goals of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, China is actively building a new power system centered on new energy sources. This paper investigates the key siting issues in the “source, network, load and storage” project, focusing on the scientific siting of wind and photovoltaic (PV) power generation. By analyzing factors such as wind and solar resources, geological and climatic conditions, transportation accessibility and load demand, the principles and methods of siting wind and PV systems are proposed. The study shows that rational siting is crucial for improving the efficiency of new energy utilization and reducing the pressure of power system integration. In addition, the article discusses in detail the evaluation and layout of wind turbines and PV systems, aiming to provide insights for future planning of source-network-loadstorage projects.
