Optimal Power Regulation Strategy for Fuel Economy of Gas Turbine-Electric Unit on Land-Air Mobile Platform Based on Power Transfer and Variable-Speed Composite Regulation
The land-air mobile platform can achieve two modes of flight and ground travel, with high pass ability for full range moving. This article innovatively proposes a composite control strategy of power transfer and power turbine shaft variable speed in the control of gas turbine-electric unit applied to land-air mobile platforms to improve the fuel economy of the fuel and electric units. The steady-state model of gas turbine-electric unit is established. The steady-state characteristics of gas turbine-electric unit are numerically simulated by Newton-Raphson method, the influence of variable regulation on the results is studied. Through the power transfer of the gas turbine shaft and the speed control strategy of the power turbine shaft, the working point moves to the high efficiency area on the characteristic map and the overall efficiency of the more electric turbine shaft engine is improved to achieve the purpose of improving fuel economy.
