Method for Evaluating the Operating Condition of a Hydroelectric Generating Unit Based on the Membership Cloud and Improved Combination of Assignment
The operating condition of hydroelectric generating unit of a slightly older age has a certain degree of instability. Therefore, the evaluation of the operating condition of the operating hydro generator sets is an important link to ensure the stable operation of the units and provide guidance for overhauling. A hydro-generating set operating condition evaluation method based on the membership cloud and improved combination of assignment is proposed aiming at the traditional AHP which is more subjective, the single subjective weight evaluation method and the objective weight evaluation method ignoring the vagueness and randomness of the classification boundary. The method constructs the operation evaluation index system of the hydro generator set by selecting 32 indexes from five major categories, namely, oscillation, vibration, temperature, pressure and oil level, constructs the membership cloud through the cloud model and the principle of maximum affiliation, and adopts the improved combination assignment to get the weights of the combination of the subject and the object. The improved combination of assignment method adopts AHP to determine the subjective weights of the secondary indicators, and then adopts the entropy weight method to determine the objective weights of the secondary indicators, and then obtains the optimal weights through the nonlinear planning combination assignment. The membership cloud adopts the forward cloud generator to generate the cloud droplet group, using the three eigenvalues of the cloud droplet to react to the evaluation level attribution, and determines the final evaluation result level according to the principle of maximum affiliation degree. Finally, the operation data of a hydro power station in Jinsha River is collected for example analysis, which verifies the consistency between the evaluation results of the method and the actual condition, and provides certain reference for the hydro generator set condition assessment and overhaul project.
