Smart Assistance for Linux Beginners: A MultiModel Chatbot Approach
Linux is widely used, but its complexity and lack of consistent support can make it difficult for beginners and nontechnical users. This paper introduces Chinmux for Linux, an AI-driven assistant designed to make interacting with Linux easier. Chinmux uses advanced models like Google T5 for summarization and answering general questions, BERT for creating bash scripts, and Distilled BERT for handling regular tasks. The system is designed to be efficient and easy to use, with a focus on performance. One of its key features is the ability to manage multi-step tasks through an agent collaboration framework, ensuring smooth task transitions. Chinmux helps users perform common tasks like package installation, coding, and system maintenance more easily, reducing errors and improving overall satisfaction. By simplifying these tasks, Chinmux makes Linux more accessible to everyone. The results demonstrate that Chinmux effectively simplifies Linux interactions by leveraging multiple AI models, improving user efficiency and reducing errors in common tasks. This enhances accessibility and usability for both beginners and advanced users
