Accuracy Verification and Evaluation of Satellite Image Block Adjustment Model
Satellite image block adjustment is an important technical method to improve the accuracy of imaging geometry model. At present, the CCD push-broom satellite image block adjustment models can be divided into two categories: adjustment models with additional parameters and adjustment models with correcting the parameters directly. In this paper, four representative adjustment models in these two categories are selected, namely additional translation parameters, additional affine transformations, direct correction of one parameter and correction of four parameters. The theoretical derivation and the establishment of the error equation are carried out. The adjustment model are completed. Then, the ZY-3 stereo images and GF-1 plane images are used to perform adjustment calculations and error statistics for four different adjustment models. The accuracy analysis experiments are settled. The experimental results show that the accuracy of the additional affine transformations and the direct correction four parameters adjustment model is comparable, and is better than the additional drift parameter and the direct correction of one parameter adjustment model. Based on the versatility of the application and the characteristics of the direct correction adjustment model does not change the number of parameters of the imaging geometry model, the direct correction of four parameters adjustment model has more extensive uses.
