Optimization of Heating Efficiency in Multi-microwave Source Systems Based on Game Collaborative Control

When using a multi-microwave source array to heat a material, there is a complex alternating electromagnetic field between multiple microwave sources. How to coordinate the feed power values of various microwave sources to improve the heating efficiency is the focus of research. Therefore, this paper proposes a game-based multi-microwave source collaborative control heating strategy. Firstly, the multi-microwave source is established as a multi-agent system, and the multi-microwave source agent communication topology diagram based on graph theory is established, and the interaction between the microwave sources is defined as a game by combining graph theory and game. Secondly, the reflectance coefficient, which measures the heating efficiency index, is introduced S<inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">11</inf> to construct the game cost function to promote the selection of the best power combination for the microwave source; Finally, the finite element method is used to construct a numerical calculation model to calculate the heating efficiency. Numerical results show that the proposed game-based collaborative control heating strategy can improve the heating efficiency by 52.6%.
