Research on Current Optimal Control of PMSM Drive System
With the widespread application of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) drive systems, their control accuracy, operational reliability, and fault tolerance capabilities face increasingly stringent requirements. In the vector control of PMSMs, high-precision control relies heavily on the accurate sampling and closed-loop regulation of current sensors. However, due to factors such as manufacturing processes and complex operating conditions, current sensors may fail. This study establishes an equivalent model for the current closed-loop control of a permanent magnet drive system, derives a mathematical model for constructing d-q axis currents based on any two-phase current sensors, and proposes a redundant control strategy for current sensor faults optimized for d-q axis currents. This strategy avoids the impact of faulty current observations on overall system performance, ensuring the system maintains optimal control performance. Simulation analysis based on an actual system model verifies the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method.
