Capacity Optimization Configuration of Offshore Wind Power Hybrid Energy Storage System Based on MOPSO-VMD Multi-Objective Optimization
To address the issue of power fluctuations in offshore wind power grid integration, a capacity configuration method based on Multi-Objective Particle Swarm Optimization (MOPSO) and Variational Mode Decomposition (VMD) is proposed. First, a Butterworth low-pass filter is employed to obtain the power command for the energy storage system. Then, the MOPSO is utilized to optimize the VMD modal parameters, achieving frequency-domain decomposition of the power command. Finally, a mixed-integer programming model is established with the objective of minimizing the full life-cycle cost, and the energy storage configuration scheme is determined through frequency division point optimization. Simulation results demonstrate that this method effectively smooths power fluctuations while significantly reducing economic costs.
