Challenges in implementing strategies of socio-psychological aspects of managers activity in the process of managing the organizations personnel

The article examines the challenges that managers face when integrating socio-psychological strategies in personnel management and emphasizes the critical role of understanding human behavior, motivation, and interpersonal dynamics for effective management, as well as the challenges of implementing these strategies in real-world conditions. Several key socio-psychological factors are discussed, including emotional intelligence, leadership style, group dynamics, and communication, which significantly influence employee motivation and organizational performance. Despite the recognized importance of integrating socio-psychological strategies, the practical application of these aspects often encounters obstacles such as resistance to change, lack of managerial training, and limited support from organizational structures. Resistance to change may be caused by fear of the unknown, habits developed over time, or a reluctance to step out of one's comfort zone. At the same time, insufficient management training can lead to a misunderstanding of the principles of effective use of socio-psychological strategies, complicating their implementation. Moreover, without proper support from leadership and organizational structures, such initiatives may be perceived as secondary and fail to receive the necessary resources for their realization. The article explores these challenges and provides recommendations to bridge the gap between theoretical understanding and practical execution. In particular, it emphasizes the importance of conducting training programs for managers that will promote the development of their emotional intelligence and communication skills. It also highlights the necessity of creating a culture of openness to change, which can be achieved by actively involving employees in decision-making processes and initiative implementation. Additionally, strengthening leadership support is recommended, which may involve providing additional resources, advisory assistance, and organizational changes aimed at improving conditions for the implementation of socio-psychological strategies.
