PERBANDINGAN EFEKTIVITAS WEBSITE “PUISI LITA” DAN BOOKLET DITINJAU DARI KUALITAS INFORMASI DENGAN METODE PENILAIAN WEBQUAL 4.0
In the period 2019-2024 the government has set a target of 90% of posyandu visits, but until now it has not been achieved. In overcoming this, what health workers can do is increase the knowledge of parents of babies and toddlers through socialization activities about the importance of visiting posyandu. One of the media that already exists and can be used as a medium to increase knowledge is the baby and toddler information booklet. However, in the current digital era, people need an innovation in the form of electronic media as a means of socialization activities to increase knowledge, such as websites. The "PUISI LITA" website is a website about information about babies and toddlers. Before being used, all websites must go through an assessment stage to determine their feasibility, especially in terms of the quality of information, as well as the "PUISI LITA" website. WebQual is one method for measuring website quality. The purpose of this study was to determine the comparison of the effectiveness of the "PUISI LITA" website and booklets in terms of information quality with the Webqual 4.0 assessment method. The research method used a true experimental design with a two-group pretest-posttest with control group design. Samples were taken from 90 respondents randomly with a classification of 45 respondents in the intervention group and 45 respondents in the control group. The difference in effectiveness was tested using the Mann-Whitney test. The results of the study, the average difference between the intervention group and the control group was 13.9 and the P value <0.05 means that the "PUISI LITA" website is more effective than booklets in terms of the information quality dimension with the WebQual 4.0 assessment method
