Features of Business Registration in Special Economic Zones

The article is devoted to the peculiarities of acquiring the status of a "resident" of organizations in special economic zones. In order to increase economic growth, the government creates certain conditions for business. One of the important stages of acquiring the status of a resident of a special economic zone is the decision to include an organization in the register. In the study, the authors consider the specifics of the application of the Federal Law "On Special Economic Zones in the Russian Federation" dated 07/22/2005 No. 116-FZ and other regulatory legal acts in this context and make proposals for further development of legislation regarding the functioning of resident organizations in special economic zones.
