Integration of SGD Elements in Surveyed Design of Portable Assessment Apps to Foster Inclusive and Equitable Learning and Teaching Quality Education

School education is very important to the next generations in the world. But according to the issues raised from Sustainable Development Goals Report 2023, approximately 300 million children may not have learning opportunities to acquire fundamental education skills due to the constraints of infrastructure and facilities. It poses risks to their prospects as individual children and even entire countries. This paper aims to present our ideas to resolve the issues regarding educational technologies to provide education skills in those countries that may be lacking learning infrastructure and information & communication technology (ICT) technologies. In our research, we first conducted a survey from 26 participants to get their feedback on the technology supports of preschool education, and the desired features of the educational application or platform to make learning for children easier while enticing them to learn. We then propose our methodology to develop an educational mobile application that consists of a mix of technology including mobile app, could computing, Speech-to-Text (STT) technology and Text-to-Speech (TTS) technology, etc. The cloud structure could provide easy access for children in all parts of the world allowing them to learn conveniently.
