A CLINICAL STUDY FOR STANDARDIZING MADHUTAILIKA VASTI DOSE IN GRIDHRASI (SCIATICA): PROTOCOL DESIGN
Background Madhutailika Vasti, a widely practiced Ayurvedic therapy, is recognized for its efficacy in managing vata dosha-related conditions, particularly Gridhrasi (sciatica). Variability in the dosage prescribed in classical texts necessitates standardization to optimize therapeutic outcomes. This study aims to calculate the appropriate dose of Madhutailika Vasti using aatur hasta pramana and assess its clinical efficacy in sciatica.
