HEDGE FUNDS: BUSINESS & HUMAN EMPOWERMENT THROUGH AI

The inclusion of AI within the strategies of Hedge funds has been such a transformative force in the recent years. AI has now moved from simple algorithmic trading models that could feed a simple possible expected pattern of a trading process into sophisticated models where the vast amount of data is fed to generate predictive insight. The objective of this thesis is to answer the following question: "How does AI integration contribute to business growth in Hedge funds, and what are the implications for lower-level employees in terms of productivity, and stress levels?" The methodology involves reviewing diverse research papers on AI applications in Hedge funds, analysing recent trends in AI adoption, and gathering data through industry reports. Additionally, interviews and questionnaires with Hedge fund professionals will provide insights into AI's adaptability in business growth, employee’s productivity, and stress levels. This approach combines both theoretical analysis and practical perspectives to address the research question comprehensively.
