Isabella Pavlovna Malinova, Her Scientific Ideas and Contribution to the Develop-ment of Russian Philosophy of Law
The article is dedicated to the memory of Izabella Pavlovna Malinova (October 11, 1946 – November 19, 2024), Doctor of Philosophy, Professor of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines of the Ural State Law University named after V. F. Yakovlev. The author describes I. P. Malinova’s research work on the philosophy of law, legal hermeneutics and synergetics, and shows her contribution to the development of legal and philosophical thinking among students, master’s students and postgraduates of the University over 50 years.
