A Precise Position Calculation Method for Targets Based on Optical Measurements
In order to meet the need of high accuracy measurement, overcome the defects of the traditional radar measurement and the optical measurement of single station (i.e., lack of distance measurement information), we propose an enhanced system by integrating optical measurement devices (e.g., star sensors) on the traditional radar, Construct an optical and radio radar strap-down measurement system. On the basis of this, when the stars and the target are both visible, we research focuses on the fundamental methods for attitude determination based on star measurement, analyze and calculate the precise visual position of the target in the station-based inertial coordinate system. And by incorporating radar distance measurements, this study provides a transformation method between the station-based inertial coordinate system and the geocentric inertial coordinate system, thereby enabling the calculation of the target’s exact location within the geocentric inertial coordinate system. This method can greatly improve the precision of the ordinary radar measurement for the target and greatly improve the precision of the orbit determination for the near space and earth-orbit targets.
