The community service activity themed Creative Culinary Entrepreneurship: Dimsum-Making Training for Young Start-Ups was carried out in Gampong Reulet Timu, North Aceh, as an effort to economically empower productive women who are just starting their culinary businesses. This program aimed to enhance participants’ skills in hygienic dimsum preparation and to encourage the establishment of home-based culinary enterprises rooted in local potential. The training employed a participatory and experiential learning approach through demonstrations, group practice, discussions, and intensive mentoring. A total of 30 productive-age female participants joined the activity, which covered materials on dimsum-making techniques, basic entrepreneurship, and simple marketing strategies. Results showed that 90% of participants understood the basic theories, and 83.3% were able to independently practice making dimsum. This activity successfully improved technical skills, boosted self-confidence, and fostered business initiatives and collaborative networks among participants. The outputs of the program included documentation of the training practices, dimsum products, and a plan for continued mentoring. This program made a tangible contribution to women's empowerment and the strengthening of the local economy in a sustainable manner.
