Oscillation Suppression Method for SSR with Reverse-Series Connected MOSFET
The reverse-series connected dual MOSFET configuration offers several advantages, such as higher voltage handling capability, lower conduction resistance, and increased reliability. As a result, this structure is used in certain solid-state relay products. However, it also increases the risk of oscillations during relay switching. This paper introduces a method for suppressing parallel MOSFET switching oscillations and demonstrates that the method can also be applied to the switching oscillation issues of the reverse-series connected dual MOSFET configuration.
