A Domestic Low-Noise Receiving Circuit Design
This paper presents a domestic low-noise receiving circuit design composed of a pre-amplifier circuit, a controllable gain amplifier circuit, and a fourth-order bandpass filter. The core component adopts the TPH2501-TR low-noise operational amplifier from 3PEAK, achieving a gain range of 40–80 dB, a center frequency of 400 kHz, and a bandwidth of 200 kHz. To validate the feasibility of the domestic solution, a comparative analysis was conducted with a reference circuit using the pin-compatible Texas Instruments (TI) OPA354AIDBVR chip. Experimental results demonstrate that the domestic low-noise receiving circuit meets critical performance requirements after multi-stage amplification and filtering of weak signals, confirming the viability of domestic substitution.
