Cloud Resource Scheduling Based on Improved Artificial Bee Colony Algorithm

In the cloud computing environment, efficient resource scheduling is crucial to maximize resource utilization and minimize energy consumption. Traditional resource scheduling methods face significant challenges in addressing the complexity and dynamics of cloud computing systems. Therefore, this paper presents an artificial swarm algorithm (SMABC/D) based on the target space decomposition and applied to the SPARK environment. To verify the performance of the proposed algorithm, it is compared with four similar algorithms on seven test problems. The results show that the proposed algorithm has extremely fast running speed and the resulting solution set has better convergence and distribution performance.
