Current Ripple Reduction for the Quasi-Z-Source Inverter with Modified Space-Vector PWM Strategy
The quasi-Z-source inverter(qZSI)employs the ZSVM6 modulation strategy, which divides the shoot-through(ST)time into six equal intervals and embeds them into the original zero states. This paper proposes a novel ZSVM6 strategy that enhances the inductor current ripple performance while reducing computational complexity. By reallocating the ST time while maintaining the total switching duration, the proposed method effectively confines the current ripple within predefined limits and significantly reduces the computational bur Simulation experimental results validate the effectiveness of the proposed strategy.
