Near-Field Radiation Assessment via Integrated Time-Frequency Amplitude and Entropy
This study proposes a novel Electromagnetic Interference Composite Index (ECI) designed to comprehensively assess electromagnetic interference (EMI) risks through the integration of peak radiation intensity and spectral energy entropy. Developed through systematic investigations utilizing the near-field scanning platform coupled with wavelet time-frequency analysis techniques, the ECI methodology enables precise identification of radiation hotspots concentrated over specific chip regions while simultaneously detecting anomalous broadband emissions across frequency spectra. Experimental results demonstrate that the ECI framework can offer innovative perspectives for near-field magnetic radiation monitoring of power modules, revealing previously undetected spatial emission patterns through multi-dimensional risk characterization.
