Research on Position Detection Method of Secondary Segmented-Linear Flux Switching Permanent Magnet Motor Based on Linear Hall
The research on the position detection mode of linear flux switching motor is the key to whether this kind of motor can be successfully applied in the driving field of long distance rail transit system. By studying the structure and magnetic field characteristics of the secondary segmented flux switched permanent magnet linear motor, this paper presents a new primary embedded linear Hall position detection method based on the motor. After adopting the primary embedded structure, the cost of the position detection system is low, and it is very suitable for the position detection of linear motor in the background of long-distance rail transit. Then the phase locked loop (PLL) algorithm with enhanced adaptive complex filter is used to achieve accurate position detection, so that the position of the motor can be tracked accurately and quickly in the whole speed range.
