Research on Distributed Energy Storage Aggregation and Trusted Transaction Service Integration Based on Improved K-means Algorithm
The importance of distributed energy storage (DES) in power systems is growing with renewable energy development. However, its decentralized nature limits its effectiveness in market transactions. This article proposes an improved K-means algorithm-based method for DES aggregation and trusted transactions. The improved algorithm addresses limitations of the traditional K-means, incorporating energy storage device characteristics, SOC, response speed, SOH, and weight factors. A blockchain-based trustworthy transaction framework using smart contracts ensures fairness and security. Finally, taking the industrial park as a case study, the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method were verified. The results indicate that this method can effectively aggregate distributed energy storage resources, improve system efficiency and flexibility, and achieve secure and reliable transactions through a trusted transaction service framework.
