Over-the-Air Computation-Enabled Architecture for Low-Latency and Resource-Efficient Data Aggregation in Smart Firefighting Systems
This paper proposes a smart firefighting system empowered by Over-the-Air Computation to address the latency and resource constraints of traditional orthogonal multiple access architectures. By leveraging wireless channel superposition for in-transit data aggregation and employing a joint transceiver alternating optimization algorithm, the system achieves different throughput gains relative to the traditional ZigBee scheme for smart firefighting at different signal-to-noise ratios while maintaining a convergent MSE lower than that of the ZigBee-based scheme.
