3D Position Detection of Striped Material PAD with Micro-detection based on Deep-learning
본 논문에서는 Strip PCB기판의 핀의 위치 및 높이 측정과 이를 통한 불량 제품 선별 자동화를 위해 Microfocus 3D 스캐너와 산업용 카메라를 이용하여 기하학적인 확대를 이용하여 Strip PCB 기판의 미세 부위에 대한 투과영상을 고해상도로 획득함으로써 이상유무에 대한 치수 측정 및 결함 검사를 수행하고 딥러닝 기법을 응용함으로써 미세 구조물을 정확하게 스캔하고 분석할 수 있으며, 불량 여부를 판단할 수 있는 3차원 검사장치의 구현 가능성을 제시하였다.
