Research on Health Information Integration of Professional Staff in New Energy Project Construction Considering Labor Time
The development and utilization of new energy projects not only relieves the pressure of fossil energy depletion, but also provides an effective solution to climate change. However, during the construction and maintenance of new energy projects, the reasonable arrangement of working hours and the health status of on-the-job personnel have become an important issue that cannot be ignored. Especially in the peak period of project construction, the long-term and high-intensity working environment poses a severe challenge to the physical and mental health of employees. Therefore, this paper puts forward a method of integrating health information of professional on-the-job personnel in new energy project construction considering labor time. During working hours, the types of health information of employees in new energy project construction are divided into physical health information, mental health information, occupational safety and health information and health promotion and intervention measures. Risk indicators are selected from the risk information, the space vector matrix is calculated, and the feature vector set is integrated to obtain the integration results of health information of employees in new energy project construction. The experimental results show that this method can integrate the health information errors of all new energy project construction professionals, with good balance of information integration, stable integration effect and high efficiency of resource integration and optimization.
