Exploration of Dynamic Drag Test Method for Brake Assembly of New Energy Vehicles
This paper explores the testing method for dynamic drag of brake assemblies in new energy vehicles, aiming to provide scientific basis for improving the energy efficiency of new energy vehicles. Two different bench testing methods for brake assembly drag torque were introduced in detail: the first method is the idle sliding test method, which measures the dynamic drag data of the brake by simulating the high-speed idle sliding test method of the actual vehicle working condition on the bench; The second method is the specified speed testing method, which measures the dynamic drag data of the brake by maintaining the specified speed through the control console frame within a specified time. Through a detailed explanation and comparative analysis of the principles of these two testing methods, a comprehensive and systematic testing plan reference is provided for the design, research and development, and performance evaluation of brake assemblies for new energy vehicles.
