Construction of Intelligent Decision Model of Mechatronics System Based on Fuzzy Logic
Intelligent decision-making of mechatronics system based on fuzzy logic The traditional control strategy can't meet the demand, so more intelligent and flexible decision-making methods are needed. Fuzzy logic is widely used in the construction of intelligent decision model of mechatronics system because of its effectiveness in dealing with uncertainty and fuzziness. In this paper, the fuzzy sets related to decision-making, such as "low temperature", "medium temperature" and "high temperature" States of temperature, are first determined, and the corresponding membership functions are defined. Then, decision rules are constructed based on fuzzy sets, and expert knowledge and system characteristics are transformed into operational decisions or control actions. The membership degree of new heating power is calculated by fuzzy reasoning, and the final heating power is determined by maximum membership method. The realization of fuzzy logic operation involves applying fuzzy rules to the current state and calculating the final decision or control action. The framework of intelligent decision-making model is divided into data acquisition and preprocessing layer, fuzzy reasoning and decision-making layer, execution and feedback layer, forming a closed-loop intelligent control system. The experimental results show that the fuzzy logic model can effectively deal with the nonlinear, time-varying and uncertain problems in the electromechanical integration system and improve the overall performance of the system. This study provides powerful technical support and solutions for the intelligent upgrade of mechatronics system, and shows the potential of fuzzy logic in improving the adaptability and robustness of the system.
