Remote Monitoring and Intelligent Maintenance of Mechatronics System Based on Internet of Things

Remote monitoring and intelligent maintenance of mechatronics system based on Internet of Things (IoT) is the key technology to improve efficiency and quality in manufacturing, energy, transportation and other fields. This paper discusses the application of IoT technology in mechatronics system, and realizes the transformation from passive maintenance to active maintenance through real-time monitoring and intelligent analysis. The system adopts hierarchical architecture design, including physical layer, network layer, platform layer and application layer, and integrates sensor data acquisition, wireless communication, cloud computing, big data processing and artificial intelligence algorithms. The system proposed in this paper can comprehensively monitor the mechatronics equipment, obtain the operation data in time, and conduct data analysis and fault prediction through intelligent algorithms, thus reducing the maintenance cost and improving the stability and reliability of the system. The case analysis shows that after the application of this technology in mining industry, the downtime of equipment failure is significantly reduced, the maintenance cost is reduced, the resource utilization efficiency is improved, and the management decision is more scientific. The research in this paper not only has theoretical value, but also has practical significance for promoting the intelligent and networked development of electromechanical integration system and improving the level of industrial manufacturing.
