Research on Multi-Objective Decision-Making Model of Transmission and Distribution Price Reform on Power Grid Asset Allocation Optimization

This study focuses on the influence of transmission and distribution price reform on the optimization of power grid asset allocation, and constructs a multi-objective decision-making model to maximize economic benefits, minimize investment risks and optimize resource allocation. By analyzing the data of major power grid enterprises in China from 2013 to 2022, this study uses genetic algorithm (GA) to solve the model, and obtains several non-inferior solutions (Pareto optimal solutions), and shows the best trade-off among economic benefits, investment risks and resource allocation efficiency under different weights. The empirical analysis shows that the optimized allocation scheme has a significant improvement in economic benefits, investment risks and resource allocation efficiency, which shows obvious advantages compared with the traditional allocation method. The multi-objective decision-making model can take into account multiple decision-making objectives at the same time, reduce the decision-making deviation that may be caused by single goal orientation, and approach the global optimal solution through continuous iteration of dynamic optimization. The research results provide accurate and efficient asset allocation decision support for power grid enterprises, and have important theoretical and practical significance for the sustainable development of power grid enterprises.
