Research on Optimal Control System of Building Decoration Energy Consumption Based on Internet of Things
This study first analyzes the important position of the construction industry in global energy consumption, points out the importance of energy management for architectural decoration, and discusses the potential of Internet of Things (IoT) technology in building energy consumption optimization. The system design adopts hierarchical structure, including perception layer, network layer, platform layer and application layer to ensure the scalability, stability and efficiency of the system. The sensing layer collects energy consumption data in real time by deploying sensors, the network layer is responsible for the reliable transmission and preliminary processing of data, the platform layer stores, processes and analyzes data, and the application layer provides a user interactive interface, enabling users to monitor energy consumption and remotely control equipment. The hardware design includes data collection nodes and data collection terminals, while the software platform development covers network architecture design, database establishment, selection and connection of cloud servers and design of human-computer interaction interface. A case study shows the application of the system in the architectural decoration project of a large commercial complex. The results show that the system can effectively reduce energy consumption, with the energy consumption of air conditioning system reduced by 18.3%, lighting system reduced by 25.5%, elevator system reduced by 10.4%, heating system reduced by 6.3% and total energy consumption reduced by 16.2%. In addition, the system also helps to reduce carbon emissions and enhance the environmental image of buildings. The results of this study not only improve the energy efficiency and reduce the energy consumption cost, but also contribute to the sustainable development of the construction industry.
