Design and Optimization of Signal Filtering and Dynamic Modeling Algorithm for Soil and Water Conservation Online Monitoring System in Pumped Storage Engineering
Pumped storage engineering plays an important role in energy regulation and ecological protection, and its operation puts forward high requirements for the protection of water and soil resources. This study focuses on the soil and water conservation requirements of pumped storage projects, designs and optimizes an online monitoring system, and explores the integration application of signal filtering and dynamic modeling algorithms. The system starts with structural design and physical monitoring, and constructs a hierarchical and comprehensive monitoring network that can continuously track soil erosion in real-time. And studied the application of Kalman filtering and wavelet denoising techniques in the field of signal processing, using mathematical modeling to accurately depict the changing laws of sediment movement. The accuracy and robustness of the algorithm have been enhanced through parameter optimization, data augmentation, and hyperparameter adjustment. Research has found that optimized systems have improved data monitoring quality and model prediction accuracy, providing a solid technical foundation for soil erosion monitoring and control in changing environments.
