Data Fusion Algorithm of Electromagnetic Wave and Ultrasonic Wave in Non-Contact Visual Detection of 10kv Distribution Lines

10kV distribution lines are facing a more complex operating environment, and the traditional contact measurement methods have some problems such as complicated operation, low efficiency and safety risks. Non-contact measurement technology, especially electromagnetic wave and ultrasonic wave measurement technology, is paid attention to in power system detection because of its simple operation, high safety and wide application range. In this paper, a data fusion algorithm of electromagnetic wave and ultrasonic wave based on weighted fusion is proposed. Through data preprocessing, feature extraction, data association, data fusion and decision output, the information provided by the two technologies is comprehensively utilized to improve the accuracy and reliability of detection. The experimental results show that the accuracy of the fusion detection method remains between 81% and 94%, especially in identifying minor defects and complex faults, which verifies that the weighted fusion algorithm can effectively improve the accuracy and efficiency of line state detection. This study provides strong support for intelligent and refined operation and maintenance of power system.
