Research on HyperWorks Algorithm Optimization for Lightweight Simulation of Automobile Frame
This paper combines topology optimization and finite element analysis methods to carry out algorithm optimization research for lightweight simulation of automobile frame based on HyperWorks software. Firstly, an optimization algorithm model suitable for lightweight frame is designed, which comprehensively considers the stiffness, strength and weight reduction requirements of the frame. Through topology optimization, the distribution scheme of frame materials is preliminarily determined, and then the static performance of the frame structure is simulated and analyzed by finite element analysis to ensure weight reduction while maintaining structural reliability and safety. The simulation results show that the weight of the frame is significantly reduced through optimized design, while maintaining reasonable structural performance under critical load conditions. The weight of the optimized frame is reduced by about 15%, and the distribution of stiffness and strength is more reasonable, meeting the requirements of lightweight design. The research results of this paper provide effective technical means for lightweight design of automobile frames, and verify the application value of topology optimization and finite element analysis based on HyperWorks algorithm in lightweighting of complex structures.
