Research on the Strategy for Arranging Power Outage Plans in Electric Power Dispatching

The power grid is a complex energy interconnection system, and the start and stop of each device will change the operation mode of the power grid, which may cause safety hazards. To ensure the safe and economical operation of the power grid, it is necessary to regularly arrange power outage maintenance according to the operating status of the power equipment. To this end, based on the actual needs of power outage planning, the process of power grid power outage planning has been sorted out, and a preliminary arrangement of power outage plans has been made. This paper discusses the preprocessing process of power outage plan information, introduces the relationship and solution ideas between three common planning problems: power outage plan scheduling determination, scheduling optimization, and scheduling adjustment, and proposes a power outage plan scheduling strategy based on backtracking search. By alternating between solving scheduling optimization and method adjustment problems, ensure the optimization of the current plan's schedule under the premise of feasible adjustment solutions.
